Apartment 2 is tastefully decorated and is well equipped and designed throughout. All rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans and comfortable furnishings for your convenience and relaxation.

This property is situated on the ground floor with the main entrance leading into an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with patio door leading out on to a small terrace facing the swimming pool.  The pool is 8m x 4m and is fenced off for child safety. There is a rear garden area accessed from the bedroom and kitchen equipped with garden furniture. The lounge has a sof and armchair and the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 4 with the modern kitchen conveniently situated between the two.

A small hallway leads to the bedroom and bathroom. There is an extended area with an extra bed if one wishes to use.  The bedroom has 1 double bed and other necessary furnishings such as safe, hairdryer and ceiling fan. The bathroom consists of a shower. Usually the water is very hot during the summer months due to the solar powered heating system but there is a backup immersion heater should this be needed. A supply of fresh drinking water is supplied by a separate tap in the kitchen.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all appliances including electric hob and extractor hood oven/grill, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle.  All crockery and other modern conveniences are included.  The units are white with black granite work surfaces and tiled splash-back.  Also the apartment benefits from a fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
