May is a good time of year to try out Paphos’s many beaches, for it is prior to the main onset of tourists and the weather is usually dry, sunny and moderately hot. Faros Beach is a sandy beach at the west end of Paphos which contains sun beds and umbrellas for sunbathing, and also houses a beach volleyball court for those after something more active.
Vrysoudia Beach A is a Blue Flag resort and features an assortment of sun beds and umbrellas and opportunities for water sports, including surfing.
